Whereas
some companies feel it acceptable to hire
an individual, put them in a uniform and send
them to a post without training or knowing
his/her ability, we at Group 1 Security take
a much different approach. Our management
staff consists of former educators and former
law enforcement personnel who believe in the
value of proper training. We thoroughly train
our employees prior to their assignment to
your property, also providing additional training
at the site. Our Training Coordinator is responsible
for training and evaluation of employees.
Ultimately, if training and re-training does
not produce a security officer that meets
our standards, the officer is dismissed or
perhaps put in a less challenging environment. |

are located in Baku central training office
