Our Philosophy
Whereas some companies feel it acceptable to hire an individual, put them in a uniform and send them to a post without training or knowing his/her ability, we at Group 1 Security take a much different approach. Our management staff consists of former educators and former law enforcement personnel who believe in the value of proper training. We thoroughly train our employees prior to their assignment to your property, also providing additional training at the site. Our Training Coordinator is responsible for training and evaluation of employees. Ultimately, if training and re-training does not produce a security officer that meets our standards, the officer is dismissed or perhaps put in a less challenging environment.

The main Facilities are located in Baku central training office and are managed by trainers who are leaders in their designated area, and supported by the latest procedures, manuals, equipment and tools that is supplied by Group 1 Security.
